Security Operation Plans
Our team creates a variety of security operation plans to address preparedness. Theses plans include the following:
Occupant Emergency Plans (OEP) and Emergency Action Plans (EAP): These types of plans describe the actions that occupants should take to ensure their safety in the event of a fire or other emergency situations. These plans reduce the threat to personnel, property, and other assets within a facility. Whether or not, the emergency situation is inside or immediately surrounding your facility, theses products provide facility-specific response procedures for employees and occupants to follow.
Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP): The COOP focuses only on those essential functions that cannot be suspended for a 30-day period without adversely affecting operations. This plan is a comprehensive document that outlines readiness, preparedness, activation, relocation, continuity of facility operations and reconstitution. The COOP is also referred to as a Business Recovery or Business Continuity plan.
Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP): Disaster Recovery plans ensures a facility's occupants recover from a major catastrophic event that may deny access to the normal facility for an extended period. These plans also outline recovery actions specific to information technology functions. The Disaster Recovery Plan ensures smooth transition during the recovery phase of a disaster.
Active Shooter Plans (ASP)/Active Threat Plans (ATP): Active Shooter/Active Threat Plans are comprehensive plans for assessing a threat and providing an evacuation plan during an active shooter or threat situation, to limit significant injury or loss of life that may occur within a facility or institution. Information in this plan contains what actions to take, designated primary and secondary rallying points, staging areas, office locations, and other critical information. Active Shooter/Active Threat situations are often over within 10-15 minutes before law enforcement arrives on the scene, therefore it is imperative individuals must be prepared to deal with the situation. Our plans ensure your staffs, congregation members, synagogue members and stakeholders are prepared to deal with these types of threats.
